This sleeping pad is awesome for the backcountry campers who can’t carry the proper air mattress. It’s reasonably light, easy to carry and easy to use. It takes only a couple of minutes for the mat to self-inflate, and about 5 minutes for you to deflate it. You just need to start rolling it back as if you are packing it, and the air will come out. I thought it was pretty easy. I didn’t have any difficulties packing it to the shape it came in.

I got this for my kids to hang out in the backyard in the summer time and to go camping with in the summer with their uncle it is easy to inflate just pull the knob to fill instantly then tighten it back up to close its pretty thick much better the previous one we bought similar to this and is much easier to fold back up and deflate than the last one and more comfortable and this one didn’t break after two days of use. the pillow will need to be manually blow up but is not difficult at all it come with two clips that keep it secure when rolled and anther bag to keep it stored in I am happy with my purchase and overall performance of this item

I am not one that enjoys sleeping on the hard ground while camping. I was happy to see of an affordable option to bring with me when camping. The self inflating sleeping pad is super! The self inflating part, in itself, is great because how many times do we forget batteries, or have no plug in available?? This sleeping mat works great! Just unroll mat, twist the knob, and watch it inflate. When it is done inflating, just close the dial with a twist. The last thing you do is blow up the pillow. Easy peesy. It is not a thick mat, only about a 1/2 inch. I would like it if it was thicker…Like 5 inches, but this one is nice and compact. When you are done with it, just let air out of pillow, twist the knob and let air out. I had to roll and kneel on the sleeping pad to fully remove the air. Overall, great sleeping mat, easy to use, and compact and light enough for travelling.

This was a gift for my kiddo to use when he goes camping. I really didn’t understand what a self inflatable was until I received it. Basically, the pad has a toggle that tightens to discontinue any air flow/ expansion of the pad or to loosen and allow inflation. When it is unrolled for the first time, I had to loosen the toggle so it would inflate and when it was done expanding, I tightened it so it would not deflate when my son would lay on it. The same toggle had to be loosened again to get rid of all air and roll it up back into the carry bag but tightened again when all of the air was out so nothing would go back into it. The concept is easy once you do it for the first time. Very useful

I purchased this Abco Tech Self-Inflating Sleeping Pad With Pillow for my son when he goes camping. Instead, he has been using it sleepovers at his friend’s house. It is a layer of foam like material, that all by itself is comfortable to lay on, but then the bottom and top self inflate for even more cushion. It is perfect for sleep overs, camp outs, as it is easy to carry with the shoulder strap bag and it goes into the bag easily. This isn’t one of those that you get out of the bag and you know it is never going to return to the right size and fit back into its bag. It easily deflates and you roll it up and your ready to go.

This self-inflating sleeping pad with a inflatable pillow is great! It is so easy to use. Just un-clip the bag, blow up the pillow and inflate the pad and there you go. It is so easy to set up, take down, and store anywhere. It comes in a great draw string bag, and it comes with a handy square patch vinyl plastic repair kit. The sleeping pad is strong sturdy and it is very comfortable. You can take it camping, on vacation, or take in anywhere with you where it is needed. This would make a great gift for any hiker. I strongly recommend this product.

I purchased the Self-Inflating Sleeping Pad with Pillow by Abco Tech because it is perfect for camping.I like that it is small enough that you can carry it hiking or pack it. This sleeping pad inflates automatically when you unscrew the cap and unroll it. It inflates within about 2 minutes or less. You do have to blow up the pillow. It was also easy to deflate the product and roll back up and put back into the carry bag, probably less than 5 minutes all together. I am completely satisfied with this purchase! 🙂

Our teenage daughter used this for a camping trip in April weather and was glad that we purchased it for her. At first, she tried to sleep on the ground without the sleeping pad; that led to immediate back pain, which was immediately relieved once she used this self-inflating sleeping pad. Absolutely love this self inflating sleeping pad! This is great to use when you’re out camping, or for a kid at home for a sleepover! All you have to do is open it up and it’ll start inflating! It has an attached pillow that you do have to blow up but that’s nice as you can decide how full you want the pillow! The material is very durable and has lasted against my 3 boys. The pattern is a nice camouflage pattern which every child loves!!

Very comfortable sleeping pad. Easily self inflates with a simple cap twist. Easily deflates with a simple rolling up of the pad. Inflatable pillow that can be blown up manually or with a pump. Folds up very thin and clasps closed. Comes with a carrying case. It is also waterproof to protect from the elements.
