My husband was excited to play with this camping set, since he loves both cooking and fire. I like that it came with a wooden spatula, since you shouldn’t use metal on non-stick pans. I thought they would be bigger, but they’re just right for 1-2 people. We were going to boil an egg to see how the pot handled, but ended up cooking it in the pan instead, so I’m sharing pictures of both. The water boiled quickly with the lid on, and the pot wasn’t damaged from sitting directly on the coals (the last two photos are after they were washed to show they weren’t damaged). We were a little disappointed in the frying pan because our scrambled egg didn’t wash out as easily as it could have. I’d recommend using oil or butter the first time you cook in it to season it, and it should come out fine. Over all this is a nice camping cooking set, especially if you won’t need to serve a lot of people, since lugging as little as possible is a good idea when camping.

A must have for any avid outdoorsman.

I received the Unigear outdoor camping set at a discount in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I am super excited to have gotten this. I love camping and my mother just bought a small cabin on a lake in South Carolina. So I am going to give her this set for the cabin so we can camp there and have a cute little convenient pot and pan to cook breakfast in. This set is very compact. It is lightweight too. it comes in a mesh like bag that it all fits neatly inside and its able to be stored in small spaces. This would be great for a backpacker with not a lot of room in their pack for cooking supplies but who are going to need to cook while on the trails out of civilization. They are easy to clean. The handles did not heat up while using them to cook fried eggs in. The set comes with a spoon to stir with, 2 small bowls, a fry pan, and a pot. also included is a loofah that is for cleaning the pots when done.

Incredible bang for your buck. Look no further, this is the cooking set you need. (13 in 1 package)

This set is perfect for individual use. Heats accordingly. Only issue I had with the product is the handles are very loose. There’s no way to tighten them a little to quell the “jiggle” in it, but, it truly doesn’t affect the performance. Other than that quality build, nice mesh bag that stores the set. The sponge is a little weird and small for the purpose but I guess you didn’t buy this for the sponge, haha. I would highly recommend for the price!

This thing is awesome! It worked well with my pocket rocket and heated everything quickly. It is lightweight and just like everyone else commented, the sponge is crappy but I just cut a normal kitchen sponge in half and that did the trick! Totally worth buying! For sure! WORD OF CAUTION FROM A BAD COOK! Do not cook eggs in this thing without some kind of oil or grease! It is not as nonstick as I thought. It cooked all of my other foods without any issues so it may have been I had the temperature too high (totally possible, it was my first time using it) and it took FOREVER to get the burned egg residue out. I would recommend this to all of my friends!

My son and his father love to camp. He wanted something camping wise to gift him for christmas so I picked this up for our son to give to him. The rather small box contains a boxed headlight, device to hold the pot and cook with propane, a pot, a frying pan, a cover, 2 small plastic bowls. a spoon, a small ladle, hard loofah sponge, a wire saw and a bag to hold it all. The device that holds the propane comes in a orange plastic box.

This is a great set for backpacking/bike packing. I bought this set for a bike packing trip with my son. The pot seems a little small for two people but we will make it work. I like the non stick surface for cleaning and the fold out handles for storage also. The only things we won’t be using is the ladle and wooden spoon . I just see no purpose for the ladle other than soup and we have a plastic spoon that will serve the purposes of both. The small bowls hold exactly one cup and could be slightly larger, but will work.

While I have only used the item once I feel confident in saying it’s an awesome cooking kit. It blows me away how cheap it was, and it stuff’s nicely in my dry bag. I actually also stuffed my camping knife/spoon/fork combo in it, as well as my Etekcity ultra light stove because the stuff sack included is awesome in that regard as it now holds everything I need to cook with in it. For the money, I’m amazed. There are plenty of other kits out there for sure, but I wouldn’t look further. Buy with confidence.
