The Coleman White Water Scoop Sleeping Bag is great for cool-weather camping. It-Inchs made for big & tall sizes, determining 39-Inch broad by 84-Inch long and fitting the majority of people as much as 6-Inch4-Inch. Great camping sleeping bag

We have several high-quality and expensive sleeping bags for cold weather camping, but for most summer outdoors camping they are just TOO warm. We purchased these from amazon and took them camping last week. We were VERY happy with their softness and insulation! Our night tempratures were 45-50 degrees and they kept us warm but not overheated. We really like the scooped top so our pillows didn’t slide off and get on the tarp. My husband is 6 ft 3 inches and the extra length was great for his height. I like the extra width so I can turn over without feeling like I’m trapped. You can’t zip these bags together but they are great single sleeping bags.
Not for backpacking, Good for car or cabin camping

Title says it all. I was looking for a sleeping bag so that I can use for when I’m mostly on the move (backpacking); I’m 6’2 and 250 lbs, those lightweight ones that I found here just aren’t cutting it so I gave this a go. As soon as I got it I knew that it was too big. It didn’t even fit in the bottom compartment of my huge backpack. This bag also does not come with a stuff sack. You just roll it up and wrap around a flimsy piece of stretch cord that just barely holds it in place ( a good tug on that cord will surely break them, since they are stiched on the very edge of the bag).

We own subzero mummy style bags, but for car camping in the summer that is just overkill, and I personally don’t like sleeping in a mummy bag unless I need to for warmth. So we bought a couple of these bags to use. The bag definintely fit the bill.

This isn’t a bag that you’ll be able to stuff into a small stuff-sac. Its a heavy weight sleeping bag designed to keep you cozy. Nice and big too. For what I need it for I’m very happy with it. I hope that helps.

This sleeping bag is a great value–reasonably priced, lightweight, roomy, and very cozy at the same time. I purchased it for use indoors in a cool climate (New England in the winter). I am not a backpacker or serious outdoor type, and despite years of Scouting and family camping have never enjoyed sleeping outdoors, so am only commenting on use of this sleeping bag indoors.

I purchased this sleeping bag for my son to take with him to Afghanistan. He is the USAF and is on a 3 month deployment. He says the sleeping bag is perfect in every way. He is 6’3″ and has plenty of leg room. It is keeping him warm and comfortable at night. His last deployment three years ago was during the winter. He used an electric blanket then. He states he likes this sleeping bag much better. The price was excellent. Glad I purchased this Coleman bag. My son is satisfied, so I am too.
