The wind made it a bit difficult, but a few rocks in the corner and it was perfect! It was so great to have something beach side that made the entire day comfortable, we live in vegas so the sun can be a serious devastation to a lake day.
Great beach tent! Kids love it as a fort!

This is a quality beach tent. The material is very good. It is not a cheap material that will rip easily. It is great for those really sunny days at the beach when you need a few minutes out of the Sun to cool off. Umbrellas are okay but they do not provide enough shade for more than one person. This tent can fit two adults easily, possibly three. As you can see in the picture my kids love using it as a fort. The only issue I see is the stakes they give you with the tent are skinny metal stakes. They Might Be OK for yard use but for the beach I would recommend getting some bigger stakes to hold the tent in place in the sand. I included a picture of some extra stakes I had, that I will use instead. Overall the tent is very nice and I am very happy with it. Looking forward to using it when I go to the beach. If I find any other issues with it after using it on the beach I will update my review. I received this product at a discount for a honest review.

It’s a good product to be while you go to beach specially with you small ones.. I dint used it in the beach still but at home I opened and used it.. Nice size for one family of four members.. Nice color.. Easy to carry.. Light weight.. Easy to open.. And it was easy to close, if you follow the instructions properly, must lean your knees down while you fold.. I tried folding it couple of times by missing the instruction of kneeling down.. But after seeing back the instruction and kneeling down, with one try I folded it easily.. Waiting to use it live in the beach.. And will update my review if I have any problem.. I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

We bought this for our recent beach trip. We were planning on spending 80% of out time at the beach and we took 4 small kids with us, so I really wanted something to help keep them out of the sun. This was wonderful, I had several people talking about how easy it was to set up and take down, it fit myself and my sister with some room to spare, or all 4 kids could get in it and relax. As always with the beach you have sand everywhere, but it was very simple to shake out. We folded it in half and held sideways so the opening was facing downwards and shook the sand out. If the wind is not very strong only one person is needed to set up, because it just pops up. However, at the beach where the wind it pretty steady, it took 2 people. My sister would stand on the opening flap and hold the tent steady while I would put the stakes in the ground. The only complaint I had was the stakes for the ground are not for sturdy. The stakes bent the first day, but we can purchase heavy duty stakes for future use. My favorite thing was the pockets on the side, I’m not sure of the intended purpose for these but we used them to store our shoes. There was 4 kids and 2 adults at the beach so keeping up with shoes was a big task. I would recommend this tent for several reasons, but if you are looking for something compact, and easy to set up this would be my pick every time.

This pop up tent could not be easier or more convenient. We just popped it up in the yard to test it out after just receiving it and it is awesome. All we did was take it out of its handy little carrying bag and it just popped up on its own. I am so excited to bring it camping and fishing and everywhere else the kids will need some shade! It packs away so nicely since it just twists around to put back in the bag, which was not hard at all despite the other reviews that state differently. When in the bag it is small and light enough to put anywhere. Even my 4 year old could carry this herself. It fits both my kids very comfortably. If needed, we adults would fit with the kids on our laps. I would say maybe 4 kids would fit, or two adults with a little room. It’s perfect for our family. I did not find it cheap or flimsy. I was very satisfied with this purchase.

I used this tent at the beach over the weekend and I must say that I am pretty impressed with this tent! I actually have 2 that I placed side by side to accommodate my family. Set up of the tent was easy, I like the metal rods that it comes with to anchor the tent from flying away. I like the 2 little sand bags to add additional weight to the product. The mesh panels allowed the breeze to flow through freely. Prior to going to the beach, I read the reviews that closing the pop up tent was difficult so I opened it at home to try it first. I watched a video on youtube on how to close a pop up tent and I got the hang of it pretty fast. At the beach I was able to close these babies up like a pro. It really is easy to set up and pack away once you watch a video. It does come with instructions in the bag but I am more of a visual learner. So my recommendation for people who purchase this item is to try it at home first before going to the beach. It will save you from the frustration!
