They send out a fine big blue flame! I noticed a few things though…

Ultralight barely describes this stove. It’s not just light, it’s also very tiny and very powerful. It’s smaller, but a bit wider, than a pack of cigarettes. If you put this stove in your pocket you could carry it around all day and probably not notice it.

Given the price at less than $20 for two stoves, I couldn’t resist. I’ve tried only one of the two stoves as the other will be a gift, but here’s what I found:

This is a wonderful product that is portable but extremely useful if you’re out camping, day hiking, or backpacking out in the back country. It is very small and lightweight, also compact and fits into a handy, plastic box. Simply attach to a small butane/propane mix tank and light. When finished with the stove, take it off the tank and pack it back up in a second’s time.
Good value and work well. Very compact.

Good value. I bought these two as a gift to my son who has to boys in the Scouts. My grandsons, age 8 and 11 have learned how to used these and have each fixed trail lunches using these stoves along with a Stanley cook pot. The folding arms that hold the cook pot is of a complex design that has worked thus far. I’m interested to see how they hold up under rugged use. We especially liked the Piezo lighter so no matches are required. These stoves performed well and favorably compare to my more expensive Pocket Rocket that I use. The spread of these more complex fold out support arms is not as wide as those on the Pocket Rocket.
Great Value for the Price! A Camping Essential!

These little stoves are amazing! For the price, you can’t beat it. We use them for camping and purchased a couple of fuel canisters at our local big-box store. The self ignition feature is a godsend and they boil water, among other things, very quickly and efficiently. I hold the stove in it’s case inside of a Stanley Stainless Steel Pot w/ Coffee Cups included (Sold here on Amazon, as well) and it is an extremely convenient way to make coffee on the go. I also keep an extra in my vehicle with the same setup in case we ever need it while travelling. Great deal and very nice build! They feel very sturdy and heat very well. The flame control feature on the stove’s is very nice as well. it is able to go fairly low for a slow simmer and very high as well, nearly as high as a blowtorch! Although if I’m going to be totally honest, I never really need. I’m sure that if purchased, you will not be disappointed!
I like the Etekcity brand

I like the Etekcity brand and as a previous owner of the Etekcity stove exactly like these I purchased a two pack to give as gifts this Christmas 2016. These compact camping stoves are great for my needs and now others may like them also.

Such fun with this little stove! I can’t wait to try it out on the trail. I boiled water for tea on Christmas Day in the rain on the deck and it boiled really quickly although I didn’t time it. I don’t even think I had it on all the way. What a nifty little stove and such a great deal for the money. I’ll update my review once I’ve taken it out on the trail. I got these for gifts also, saving some money by buying the two pack.
