I enjoy camping, but I also really like to be comfortable. I normally bring a cot with me but they’re quite large and take a bit of effort to put together. In the interest in downsizing the items I bring with me (including our tent), I decided to try out a sleep pad instead. I wish I could just sleep on the ground, but I’m just too used to nice soft mattresses.

This valves are on the same end. When you twist them open you hear the air start to flow. It took longer than I expected to inflate because it’s actually an eggshell foam pad in a cushion. But, once it inflates it is nice and thick. I am 5 10 and 255 pounds. I tried laying on it after it fully inflated. I tried it the floor. It was a nice cushion. Not like a mattress but not like an air mattress either.

Makes a very comfortable bed!

We use this on top of the folded down seats in our Honda Element. It works much better than the blow up mattresses we have used in the past because it fits perfectly and gives us a quiet, almost luxuriously comfortable bed to sleep on while camping. Very easy to set up and break down. It helps to have one person slide along to get the air out while the other one rolls when you are packing it back up.

This is a great camping pad. It would be nice if it rolled up easier, but it is incredibly comfortable and I didn’t get cold in below 40F weather. I did also have a nice sleeping bag..

Good quality, the 3 inch height advertised is very thin. if you lie on this (I’m 185 pounds ) you actually end up closer to the ground. May not be a big issue for some but it made me add another layer of memory foam to improve comfort.

Great alternative to an air mattress.

Amazingly, this was really comfortable! I’m used to sleeping on a firm mattress with memory foam on top, and I really didn’t mind this mat while camping! It didn’t bother my back like an air mattress does.

We purchased two much thinner self inflating pads from Costco for backpacking, but was looking for something a little thicker and comfortable for a sleeping pad in our camper. Purchased two of these and very pleased to make a near queen size bed. Like most self inflating pads, takes a little work to roll up, but they fit nicely in the nylon bag provided.

Very sturdy easy to set up mattress.

Have not slept on this yet BUT set it up and laid on it and it seemed great. Was VERY easy to inflate and deflate. Love the storage bag.
