Takes technique to light correctly

I had a hard time lighting it at first, but discovered the key: You must slightly prime it before attempting to light. Meaning, push the button slightly until you hear gas flowing before pushing all the way down, and it will light every time. Don’t make the mistake I did, thinking you need to press it as fast as possible. It’ll take several frustrating clicks.

I maybe haven’t owned a torch other before but I burned nearly twenty cigars with this before it ran out of fuel for the first time(I also don’t keep it on max or it has a ten inch flame!). And while I’m not too big of punches, the punch works well and is great if I impulse buy a stick and need a light.

I bought this lighter for a family member who still enjoys a nice stogie every now and then. He has always used a cigar cutter but I thought this lighter would be great with the cigar punch he would have everything in one tool, the punch and the torch,this triple torch is powerful for nice even smooth light, it has a classy modern look, the fluid window is awesome, this Scorch Torch Triple Jet is great, I’m happy that I was able to find a quality lighter for my Fam.
