It’s super bright. Comes with dc and ac charger and red lens. The flip up thing is an inverted stand, which is nice. Keep it by the back door for coyotes, walking and take it in the boat. We can see clearly for 5 acres. Glad we spent a little extra to get a tgood one.

I shopped for what seemed like forever to find the perfect all season and versatile spotlight, the Stanley SL10LEDS did not disappoint. I live in a rural area where seeing across a field 250 yards into the treeline is important. While being able to use at a long distance was very important, as important was the ability to maneuver a seamlessly light in weight for easy one handed operation. This one did it all. I could not be happier. It even came with a detachable red lens. The body of this light is made of a hard durable ABS plastic, the fold out clip on top for use as a prop id made of metal (can even be used as a weapon if you find the need), The two brightness levels are controlled by the trigger. Pull the trigger once for bright, pull again to dim, and again to turn off. as for the battery, It seems great also. I have not charged it since the initial charge and have probably used it for a total of 3-4 hours in the past couple weeks off and on, and it is still as bright as the first time I turned it on. Again, I am glad I got this one from the several I was evaluating. It definitely does not disappoint.

Whoa, this light lights up the neighborhood. Love the versatility of being rechargeable. This is a spotlight, not a floodlight. I use this light every evening when my pups need to relieve themselves. I live in the country where bears, coyotes, deer etc. roam. This light shines farther than i can physically see. SUPER!

I use this spotlight when I use my boat at night, to locate markers. Powerful enough to see markers 100 yards off.

I rarely review items but this spot light exceeded all expectations. I use it for sailing at night and this light can illuminate buoys at 400 yards. I could not believe it. Excellent build quality. All the other spotlights I have owned have had “disposable” quality and weak performance. I have not had this one long but it looks like it will hold up.
Reliable but not ergodynamic.

So far, this has been a good light. I had to give up a really nice one for this because it seems more reliable. I’m a home inspector and I have had my flashlight go out on me in the deep recesses of an attic on more than one occasion from overheating. This guy doesn’t overheat and can last as long as I can in the attic or under the house. The only thing that stops me from giving it 5 stars is that it can get a bit heavy in the hand after a half hour + and it does take up space in my bag. I kinda have to plop it on top of everything because it doesn’t fit into any pockets. It is versatile and has a built in stand that really comes in handy. It reminds me of a bullhorn. I want to talk into it sometimes. All in all It’s dependable and reliable. I will certainly say that.

Extremely powerful and light-weight lantern. I can clearly illuminate the tops of 100 feet tall fir trees. I was going to keep it in my truck, but the instructions warn against that due to damaging the batteries and potentially starting a fire. It puts out enough light to warm up my hands. It is so bright I believe I can use it for self defense by blinding an attacker.
Light Up Farther than You Can See

Amazingly bright light from such a small, lightweight unit! I use the lower brightness setting for most uses because it is bright enough. On super bright, it can light up farther than mature eyes likely can see anyway. Charge seems to last a very acceptably long while. (Sorry, I didn’t time that.) Absolutely the best and brightest light I’ve ever owned. I’m thinking about buying another one.

A great spotlight that sends a beam out as far as the eye can see. I point it at the side of our house from 100 yards away and it lights up the entire side of the house. I use the Stanley mostly as a spotlight when I take out the 2 small Maltipoos at night. Definitely bright enough to spot the Owls at 100 yards away in the tree. Here’s a picture of an owl spotted at 30 yards away.
