A really HUGE family camping bag, the Mammoth quickly fits couples and even a kid or pet. It's nearly as huge as a queen size bed, with zippers on both sides to obtain in and out without waking up your partner and managing the temperature level on each side. A 3rd zipper on bottom ways you can separate the bag into 2 quilted blankets. Use the side zippers to link an unrestricted number of Mammoth bags. The Mammoth has two options for warmth. The Green Mammoth bag is hot, rated for -18 ° C/0 ° F and the Grey Mammoth bag is warm, rated for -7 ° C/ +20 ° F and both are made with the very same building and construction and materials as the highly-rated TETON Sports Celsius series sleeping bags. Both consist of SuperLoft Elite 4-channel hollow fiber insulation with Double layer offset stitching. Shoulder baffle cinches around the leading to trap warm air inside the bag. Full-length side draft tubes and Velcro tabs at the top of zippers keep zippers in place and cold air out. Drawstring mummy-style hood can be turned over head and ears. Rangings from a huge stuff sack with compression straps. If you pack instead of roll, we guarantee the bag will fit.

I was planning on buying 2 regular bags and zipping them together, but I spotted this on Amazon, so I figured, why not?
Very warm and cozy!

I do a lot of camping in very cold weather and I’m not exactly a tiny person. Neither is my husband. We both fit in this tent very comfortably being the size we are and in 22 degree weather we were VERY warm in this sleeping bag. It was well worth what we paid for it and then some. Before we got this sleeping bag, we didn’t sleep well camping because it would be so cold we would shake all night, but this time other people came out of their tents saying they didn’t get a good nights sleep because it was too cold. And we got good sleep!
Fanstastic bag for two adults! Inside is soft flannel, thick and fluffy… very very warm in the Montana mountains.

This is our first “two person bag” and it’s great! My husband is 6’6″ and he is able to fit in it deep enough to cover completely up. It is roomy enough for us both to move and sleep very comfortably. It is warm, and I mean WARM!! We used it on our recent 18 day camping trip through 6 states and very different climates. In Utah, we didn’t even zip it up, it’s so warm just as a blanket type set up. In Montana we did challange it’s warmth factor, zipped up, and still we were toasty all night long. When we fisrt took it out of the stuff bag it comes in it didn’t look like it would fit back in. The trick is to NOT roll it, but just stuff it back in like you would a regular bag. It does fit in the stuff bag, and we stuffed it 18 times on this trip (we move from campground to campground when traveling). the stuff bag has compression straps on it too, but we didn’t really use them since we were taking it out and putting it in the stuff bag so regularly. Now that it’s stored for a couple weeks at home, we did compress it after stuffing it. But don’t kid yourself, this is a large, thick bag, so when stuffed it’s pretty good size to transport. We car camp quite a bit more then the average couple and this bag is the best addition to our equipments we’ve made in a long time, I would recommend to anyone!
Comfy sleeping bag.

I loved this sleeping bag. Fiance and I went camping in January and this sleeping bag was so soft, fluffy, and warm! It also has built in pockets and a small pillow in the hoodie, with draw strings. It’s literally as large as a queen sized bed. I’ve seen 3 people easily fit in it. At 20 lbs., I hauled it through the woods a couple miles and then up a small mountain, along with all our other gear. People who camp often may want to go lighter and only bring one side to use. It’s still big enough for an averaged sized couple to snugly fit. I love how the bag completely unzips into 2 sleeping bags. Makes it easier to put in the washer. A couple things: it does take some effort to fit the entire sleeping bag back into the carry bag but you can get it in there, just keep stuffing. The other thing: It was storming for days and we would wake up to ice outside the tent. Yet my fiance kept complaining saying that the sleeping bag kept him TOO warm! He took advantage of the fact that the sides of the bag unzip independently and would regulate his temperature by opening up his side without making me cold. 🙂

Well made, warm, and full of features. I’m 6’1″ and this bag has plenty of lenth, about 6″ to spare. It has drawstrings that sinch up the top of the bag around your head. Loops for hanging the bag for drying/airing out. Comes with a “compression” sack. This bag is really heavy so it’s not for hiking. All-in-all I’m impressed by the quality of this bag for its realatively low cost. My wife and I have really enjoyed using it. Oh, it has this nice flannel lining that my wife finds to be especially snuggly.

This sleeping bag is awesome! My husband and I used to zip 2 sleeping bags together, but it never really worked. This does! We can tuck our pillows into the top, zip up each side independently, and stay warm and cozy all night. Our dog can even snuggle up in between us, on the top of the bag! Plenty of room!
Cozy, Comfortable, and AWESOME!!!

I recently used this sleeping bag on a three day camping trip with my wife for our first anniversary. When we first got it I opened it at the house and was thrilled with the size! It is huge!!! We threw it on our queen size bed to check out the dimensions. It’s about as wide as a queen size bed and a little bit longer than one. It’s got a lot of room inside and plenty of space for people over six foot!
NOT cotton liner. Hand wash only. Made in China

We purchased this bag to try winter camping for the first time. We were scared without a good sleeping bag that we would have a bad experience and never want to try winter camping again. We went for the weekend, 2 nights up north in 10-30 degree weather in a tent in the snow. First night the bag performed well and kept both of us toasty and warm. Second night the temp dropped and we were both slightly chilled, but still comfortable. I would not suggest sleeping outside in less than 10 degrees with this sleeping bag. The inner lining of the sleeping bag was comfortable. The sleeping bad was difficult packing into its storage bag and was big and bulky once in. Overall the bag performed well and did what it was purchased for. If interested in winter camping make sure you know what you are doing, if I hadn’t gotten essentials such as this sleeping bag, sleeping pads, moisture barriers, wool blankets, it could have easily became a horrific experience for the two of us.
