I camp a lot in both hot and cold climates, and I own several other sleeping bag liners. I agreed to accept a free sample from The Friendly Swede for testing and impartial consumer review. After testing it on a 3 day camping trip, here’s what I think:

I bought two of these travel sheets a month ago and we’ve gotten a lot of use out of it. It packs up really small, is lightweight, and comes with a nice sleeve.

I was delighted with how compactly it folds, and how little weight it adds … the pillow pocket is optimal for keeping the pillow from sliding around, the silky fabric feels great and doesn’t tug or twist up. I’m not a camper, but I travel extensively. It’s wonderful to toss this in my carryon, and know even when I’m not in a good hotel, B&B, Airbnb, I have a clean place to sleep. It’s also great when friends stay over on my sofa, instant-ready bed!

These have been a godsend for our international travels with children. I will most certainly use them camping as well. They are small enough to fit in my medium size purse (about the size of a poncho in a package). I travel with confidence knowing when I return, I can chunk the entire thing in the washing machine and avoid bedbug concerns. The fabric is surprisingly comfortable and breathes well for my sweaty sleeper. I highly recommend this for anyone who camps or travels to ‘iffy’ places around the world.

This is a great addition to my bugout/back packing kit!!! Can be used alone, inside any type bag including emergency mylar types! Or over a bag for keeping my fleece bag clean from leaves and dirt!! Wish I had more of them!! Thanks Friendly Swede!!

Three trips in, and I am enjoying this liner in my 35 degree down bag. Seems to give me an extra 8-10 degrees of comfort in the cold. It is comfortable and convenient, it actually fits back into its pouch easily. Would offer the idea of attaching the pouch to the liner so it doesn’t get lost. Products were delivered extremely fast, my wife opened hers right away and slipped in it for a evening of T.V. (she loves it) now there both getting packed for our Alaskan Adventure and used in our sleeping bags!

Very nice design and smooth thin fabric – hopefully not too hot but appears durable. Appears plenty wide for movement on adult and includes pillow encasement which I like. Only complaint is that tiny case that came with it is same material as the sheets and because it is damned near impossible to fold as compact as when shipped, it would have been much better had they provided either a slightly larger or better yet an stretchable bag for it to make it easier to repack after use.

I bought the sleeping bag liner to use by itself in hostels while traveling. It’s a great option when the ceanliness of the bunk bed linen is questionable. It’s light weight and packs really small. I love that it fits in the included little bag made of the same material. The fabric is kind of silky which was perfect in a hostel without air conditioning. Some of the stitching had extra ends but the quality overall is really nice. I like the built in pocket pillow case compartment. The people from the company are extremely friendly and using the sleeping bag liner sans sleeping bag has been a great addition to my travels.

Another Quality Friendly Swede Product. Works perfect keeping my sleeping bag clean and a little warmer. Feels great against your skin and helps absorb sweat and body oils to keep them off my expensive down sleeping bag. The pillow pocket works great and feels so much better then the surface of my camping pillow. Works in rectangle and mummy bags. Would buy again and recommend to others.
