For the 1.5 lit it holds its great. I went to edc for 3 days and was very useful and comfortable. Water doesn’t spill out of the mouth piece. Highly recommend it for festivals or amusement parks or hiking.

This was delivered in a timely manner and I absolutely love it. The color is really cute in green. I’ve used it while mountain biking and hiking and I didn’t notice any extra weight or constraint during either. I was hoping for a chest strap to keep it better in place but it doesn’t need it. The mouthpiece opens wide enough to take in an adequate amount of water and the side zipper is big enough to carry a smartphone with just a little more space for a couple protein bars or whatever else is absolutely necessary. This isexactly I wanted and expected. If I were out for longer than four hours, I would probably want a larger size. Well made, as I would expect from this brand.

This is a great size if you don’t want to feel like you’re training for the marines. I’ve run Ragnar and done some biking with this on and never felt weighed down. The only complaint I have is that the pocket isn’t big enough for my Galaxy S5, let alone my keys.

As a person who loves to travel and go on trails, this is one useful product as going for long hikes can be so tiresome. And holding a bottle in hand cannot be feasible at all times as you need your hands to be free. More over the water quantity would be less while carrying in hands.
A must have training for a mountaineering expedition

My wife & I race marathons, duathlons & triathlons as training for our mountaineering expeditions, we remember the days before hydration packs & integrated bladders were created, we saw how the first systems leaked & were not so user friendly, We are so glad those days are over. We watched as CamelBak led the way for all other backpack designs. Today their whole line is top notch, I use this Hydropack for my training when all I need is some room for a snack & lots of water. It’s perfect.

I ordered the Camelbak HydroBak in red so it is easy to see. I like to go hiking and my spouse enjoys hunting and has done construction in the past. Right now he is working on some home improvement projects outside and said this pack is nice for when you are on the roof and so forth to have water readily accessible.
They’re convenient and I love that I can get them in the boys’ favorite …
We bought these for a trip to the Grand Canyon. The boys in our scout trip all use them regularly as well. They’re convenient and I love that I can get them in the boys’ favorite colors. Keeping them free of mold concerns me a little. We empty them out and leave them open to dry out for a couple of days after using them. If we are using them for multiple days out of a hotel room, we store them in the fridge overnight. However, a boy out camping for a week in the summer…well I have to wonder how much gunk is growing in there by the end of the week, especially in the tube.
Life saver on those long hiking trips
This is my first time purchasing a Camelbak Products Men’s HydroBak Hydration Pack and I have to say I don’t know why I didn’t purchas eone sooner. This product has changed my life literally.. I wish I would have known about this product last year while hiking in TN. Six miles of hiking up a mountain with no water. This backpack would have came in handy that day.
