This is very well made…withstands the heat quite well & is just the right size to hold the campfire coffee pot and a cast iron skillet for the bacon. May well get the next size up, too! Very handy and is a big plus that it folds up so flat!

This is exactly as it is sold. The draw back is that it’s so big and heavy that it’s really not applicable for a camping trip outside of the car. Most camp sites that have access for cars already have a fire pit with a cooking surface available.
Good grill for campfire
Good grill for average campfire. Folds for easy storage, but I would recommend getting some sort of carrier. It is heavy and cumbersome. Also, it will be dirty after using over fire. We use an old oversized sportsbag my husband used traveling, but airlines destroyed. Makes good carrier now for grill:)

It keeps your skillet, coffee pot, whatever over the open campfire so you can use it to cook. Great and necessary for anyone in a drive-in campsite. It is just too heavy to pack in, for sure! Heavy duty.
