I am a lifeguard so being able to blow the whistle loudly and quickly is important. I also have asthma so I HATED the Fox 40 classic which I found required way too much air to produce a loud sound. I ordered the Sonik Blast and I absolutely love it! It’s super easy to blow and produces a really great, loud sound. This is an awesome upgrade from Fox 40!

I purchased this for a backpacking trip that I will be taking in December before I ship out to boot camp. It got here fast (a few days sooner than the “expected delivery date”). As soon as it arrived, I opened it and tested it out… Made my wife mad (she was all the way at the other end of the house, with a few walls and rooms between us), and made my dog curious.

Very good whistle, the color is nice and bright. It’s also very loud (120-125 decibels) one of the loudest whistles I’ve used, it’s also easy to blow. One problem: when I was refereeing a middle school soccer game, I noticed that the whistle doesn’t produce a uniform blast when you blow it while running. I don’t have this problem with the Molten Valkeen whistle (125+ decibels with 2 interfering frequencies)

This is the loudest whistle that I could find. I drive a school bus with over 60 very noisey kids and this gets their attention. It’s not a traditional sounding coaches whistle but has a higher, piercing sound that will leave your own ears ringing if you blow it too loudly. Built sturdy too.

This whistle is actually really good and absurdly loud if you blow hard enough… So loud to the point I feel it may be unsafe for my hearing, I feel as though there should be a limit to the max db it can produce from a blow but it just gets louder … So if you want ear drum blasting loud look no further but be cautious it’s truly loud even for me using it out in the open

This is exactly what I needed. My granddaughter lives in my downstairs and I have trouble with stairs. I needed a way to call her for dinner etc. Stomping on the floor did not work. She has a cat and I am allergic so we cannot leave the downstairs door open. The whistle works perfectly. Only need to blow it once.

I use this whistle for range commands and control. It is extremly loud and piercing. It is heard by all above all the background noise. A great whistle – perfect in cold climates.
