MTech USA Ballistic MT-A705 Series Spring Assist Folding Knife, 4.5-Inch Closed

This is a flashy but well built knife. It is very stiff to open out of the box but just give it some work and it’ll be fine. Just as a side note it is a lot bigger and heavier than it looks in pictures. I don’t care, but if you are looking for a small knife, this one isn’t for you :p it is about the size of my iPhone 6, while closed.

I really like the unique look to it. I own a few M Tech knives, this might be my fav. Its durable…Ive already banged it around quite a bit. The spring-opener is a neat little feature. Nice weight & overall size…… A+

The knife is awesome! The color Is really cool and it feels sturdy. My only complaint is that mine is hard to open with the spring button which hurts my finger but I don’t know if it’s just mine. Overall its a great knife

This knife was great. It was a great price. Very sturdy, very pretty. Shiny, sleek and slim. Clips on perfectly and is a very strong knife. I gave this to a knife collector for a present and he loves it. I loved it. I almost kept it.

This is a very nice knife for the money. The blade was sharp enough to shave the hair on my arm, a test I always give a new knife. It passed. The gold finish on the blade and some of the body is really nice, shiny, very high polished (refreshing when so many 21st century knives have ugly dull finishes,) I hope it lasts. The handle sides are anodized aluminum so far as I can tell. They are way more yellow than the blade, which is more golden, but it looks great, just like the images shown. I only have a few small complaints. The finish on the sides was crude, you can see in my closeup of the side with the clip, that there is some pitting, poor quality control. The other complaint is that as with so many cheaper knives, there is space between the blade and the sides, my picture of the edge of the knife shows this. You never see this in more expensive knives, I do not know why all the cheaper knives are constructed this way. If one were to place a lot of pressure on the side of the blade, I don’t think it would be too sturdy. The knife is a bit heavier than need be, again this is a frequent quality in cheaper knives. Over all, for the money this knife is excellent. I would suggest to the manufacturer that paying a little bit more attention to quality and charging a little more, would be a good idea. It is a nearly awesome product, why not make it completely awesome?

This has to be one of the most beautiful knives I’ve ever owned. Just Beautiful. Haven’t had it long but seems durable yet very prone to scratches and fingerprints. Seems like it should be a knife you keep in a display case and never use. Like other reviews say, I’ve also experienced that the blade is very stiff, and on mine the locking mechanism doesn’t like to lock, which could be a safety hazard. I’ll post a long term update with it in a couple weeks! A++

I like this knife so much I ordered another dozen (using the credit for applying for the Amazon credit card). I will selectively gift these to Veterans that do outstanding work helping Veterans and their families. Overall fantastic knife, it was lighter than I expected and much sharper. It opens quick, and smooth, and the blade is so shiny I can see myself in it… I’ve used this knife for a good three months now and it’s constantly being used to open boxes and cut hay bale straps, it’s edge is like new still. Definitely good for the price! !

Bought this knife for $10 (that’s including shipping) I was expecting a cheap quality knife but I figured I’d get it and add it to my collection because it looks cool. Bottom line: the knife looks really nice, feels very sturdy in the hand, blade opens fully without a hitch, liner lock keeps the blade fully secure and is easily accessible for easy closing, came very sharp. I ordered it on March 20th, was expecting it between March 26-31, arrived early on the 24th. This was a really good deal all the way 10/10 would buy again
