Over this summer I’ve enjoyed a few meals cooked on a stove identical to this one owned by a friend. I was impressed by it enough to want one for myself, and began also looking for a small camping cook pot that it would fit inside to preserve pack space.
It burns HOT HOT HOT!!!! ROAST that pot!

WOW!!!!! I just tried it for the 1st time! Some people complain it is small, it’s for BACKPACKING, it better be small. It burns HOT HOT HOT!!!! I was amazed! Cut all the wood you want to use before hand, it burns HOT, so it uses wood quick to do that. I put a small pot on it and it brought the water to a boil FAST! I am going to get more of these!
Cook it fast!

This stove is likely the best investment in outdoor gear I’ve made! There were some reviews warning that it takes a bit for gasification to start, and while it may be true, if you build the fire properly in the can, it starts gasification in about 30 seconds after lighting. It’s really neat to see a jet pattern coming from your stove.

Great stove. Cooked several meals during camping this weekend. I will be buying another one of these stoves. Oh for fuel I used Apple wood chips and I won’t do that again because it just burned down too fast. Oh one more thing…don’t use it on top of a wooden picnic table because the stove will leave a burn mark. Overall a great wood burning stove.
Good quality, and fits well with 14cm cook pot.

My biggest concern was this stove wouldn’t pack inside my 14cm Zerbra pot because it’d be to tall. But it’s got about 1/4″ room to spare with everything put together. Seems well made. Good welds, and thick enough metal that I don’t think I’d want it much thicker due to weight. The Zebra pot is thicker / heavier. But I think it should be. The modified Zebra pot (SS cable handle) with it’s inside bowl and lid, plus the complete Ohuhu wood/gas burning stove weighs 2lbs 6ozs. While they’re rather tall and narrow combined, it feels stable enough to use without concern unless you or your dog bumped into it or something. The complete Ohuhu stove kit in it’s pouch weighs 13 7/8ozs. And the stove did come complete with the alcohol burner bowl as well as instructions. I’ll do a follow review after some use.
Amazing stove – very handy for my camping trips.

The Ohuhu Portable Stainless Steel Camping Stove arrived safely as scheduled and is exactly same as advertised, even more compact than I originally thought. It is super easy to assemble with the instruction provided. The stainless steel feels thick, strong, long lasting, and not flimsy. It is easy to use, lightweight, compact when put together after you are done; and can be conveniently carried after packing in the black mesh carrying pouch that comes along with the stove.
Easy to use & we had hot water for coffee in no time

This is a quality product! Very light yet durable. It has been a couple of weeks since a got my stove. I’ve been using it a lot and it held up pretty good.
We had some oak fire wood and kindling in the garage and this provided excellent fuel for this stove

I purchased this wood burning backpacking stove primarily due to the price and the potential utility this stove represents as a back-up cooking stove. I intend to stash it in my ready 2 go bag and there it will remain until such time as I might need it.
