This premium quality, 3-4 season sleeping bag from The Body Source® is made from a durable 190T polyester outer shell, with an ultra warm 300GSM double filling for use in temperatures of 50°F to 30°F and extreme temperatures down to 15°F. Both the compression bag and sleeping bag's outer shell are water resistant in damp environments.

Instead of a single 300GSM filling, this professional sleeping bag is packed with a double layer containing 2 x 150g/m2 hollow fibre layers. This provides a considerable increase in insulation and warmth compared to a regular single layered 300GSM sleeping bag.

A windproof double zipper system, secure pouch for your valuables, internal drawstring collar and an included compression carry-bag have also been added making this a very high specification product.

Features:

– 300GSM (2 x 150g/m2) Ultra Warm Filling
– 190T Polyester durable outer shell – Water Resistant against damp
– Double Zipper System with Windproof lining for extra insulation
– Secure Internal Pouch for valuables (mobile phones, electronics, accessories)
– Additional internal drawstring collar pulls above the shoulders to keep out unwanted drafts and wind

I used this before a trip where it was in the 30-40s at night and was nice and toasty

I didn’t want to spend big bucks on a bag since I don’t go camping all that much. I used this before a trip where it was in the 30-40s at night and was nice and toasty. I’m definitely someone who gets cold easily, so it was perfect. I’m 5’6″ and didn’t have any issues with the tapering towards the feet, but could see how a notably taller person might want to spread their legs a bit more. It was also pretty easy to get back in the compression bag.

Wonderful Sleeping bag! For this price, I didn’t think it would be comfortable or warm but I was wrong in assuming either. I was able to go camping in 30F weather and was snug inside the bag. I’m 5’10” and I fit inside with plenty of room. The minute I get in the bag begins to warm up and there are no cold spots, which was surprising. The bag really retains your heat even when unzipped and used as a blanket. I find the drawstring for the hood slightly annoying but it’s the same for almost every sleeping bag. It packs in quite tight in the stuff sack which is super easy to use and fits in my hiking backpack with ease. Would highly recommend, don’t let the price fool you! It’s good quality!

My son took this camping in northern Michigan in April. It got down to 0 degrees but he said he was warm in this sleeping bag.

Love the sleeping bag, but cheap compression bag

The only reason this is getting four stars and not five is because one of the buckles on the compression bag broke literally the first time I used it. Other than that it’s a great bag (especially for the price). There are two drawstrings, one that draws the bag in above your shoulders and another that draws in the bag around your face. I have used it once so far in 40* weather and I didn’t even get a little chilly, as it is very efficient at keeping your body heat contained.

Got it for my 12 year old boy scout. Packed nicely into his hiking backpack. He said it worked great, had enough room, but was a little tricky to zip. He is a big kid, so I was pleased to hear it was broad enough.

Let me start by first saying, I AM NOT A CAMPER! Camping is not my idea of a fun time. Especially since I run very cold. I start to wear sweaters and jackets when it gets below 80. That being said, I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a sleeping bag to go on 1 Girlscout camping trip and never use it again. I also didn’t want to be cold. Well, anytime I wasn’t in this sleeping bag on that trip, I was MISERABLY cold. This sleeping bag was so cozy and warm, I did not want to get out. For reference, the cabin would get down to about 50 at night.

Bought two of these for a camping trip. The bags are compact and lightweight. The sleeping bags held warmth despite the dampness from rain. We used them in the temperature ranges designated and they were nice and toasty after cinching the top part. They are probably snug for average sized people, but I felt like I had plenty of room since I am on the smaller side. I was also shocked that they fit back in the bags they come in. For the price, would definitely recommend for cool weather camping.

Fair Price for What You Get

This sleeping bag receives four stars because there seems to have been a malfunction on the manufacturing line that resulted in one of the drawstrings not being sewn on well. I returned that sleeping bag and got another one, which was free of defects that I can see so far. As a whole, this sleeping bag is a great bargain for what you get. It isn’t going to keep you toasty at 35 degrees F, but it will keep you from freezing to death. It was a fair price, though I recommend taking an extra blanket for more insulation at the foot of the bag if you are in temperatures below 50F.

Great price and very warm.

I purchased this for my wife for a camping trip. She gets cold when it drops below 75° and we were going to be sleeping in 43°F. It worked like a charm and she was not cold at all… wish I had purchased one for me too.
