This bag performed well above my expectations, especially for the price. I bought the pink one for my 2 year old girl and the blue one for my 4 year old boy. First of all, they loved them immediately so that was a bonus. We tented for 10 days in Mass. in August and had some warm humid nights but then a few nights that went down into the low 60’s and both kids slept great every night. I was expecting it to be thin and flimsy, but the stuffing has some plushness to it. The material is the satin-y feel, inside and out which made it easy for the kids to get into the bag. I haven’t washed them so I can’t comment on that. Two features I liked were the attached elastic bands at the bottom for easy containment when rolled. I also like that there was small velcro “strap” that went from the bottom piece to the top piece right over the zippers. I felt like it helped keep the sleeping bag together even if the kids were wiggly through the night and it prevented the zipper from slipping down. Overall they felt very well made and much better quality than other bags I saw in that price range in the stores. They also come with a thin bag with drawstring which is a tiny squeeze to get them into, but makes for nice storage and easy traveling.

This bag was themo rate to 40 degrees and came in a cute pink with hot pink moose design and purple-like pink inside, not as purple or as dark as the picture on the website. I got this for my daughter to use for Girl Scout camping. She has used it on 3 different occasions. The weather at the one camp ground dropped at low as 60 and the other to 70, she was comfortable and sleep well. She likes it so much she won’t let me put it away and has been using it around the house like a throw. Got an excellent price on it too! It’s made of polyster fill and the shell too.

These have everything you could want in a kids’ first sleeping bag. I bought two – one for my son and one for my daughter. The only disappointment I have is there is an unremovable label at the bottom of the stuff sac that says in big letters, “Boys Moose Sleeping Bag.” My daughter was a bit put off by that, but overlooked it because she loved the color and moose so much. I’d just ask Wenzel to not discriminate between Boys’ and Girls’ tastes, especially so overtly on the product itself.

My son loves this sleeping bag. It’s very soft, and he enjoys the colors and pattern. The zipper works fine, and it rolls up really small.

My little one (3 years old) is getting ready to go on her first camping trip. This sleeping bag is perfect – one that she can grow into. She has been sleeping in it for a few nights in preparation for her big trip, and she LOVES it!

Although the sleeping bag is very nice, be aware that the bag has in big letters that it is a boy’s sleeping bag. My daughter loves blue so I ordered this for her birthday. Now I have to figure out how to cover that up so she isn’t embarrassed.
a bit thin

but for price very cute. Elastic straps to keep it rolled are novel – but not very practical. They are already stretching out and do not hold the roll tight enough. Putting the tiny bag on is a pain. Sleeping bag itself is great for the price.

Bought this for my little guy to take to camp (he already has a blue camp chair with a moose as well). He stayed nice and toasty even in the Adirondacks in October! Easily rolls small enough to fit back in the bag. Love it!

This comfortable, well made sleeping bag arrived on time for our granddaughter’s sleepover. We are very pleased with loft, construction and bright pink graphic print cover. Not too juvenile so can be used for any age.

My 5 year old loves it and will use it for sleepovers. We also camped overnight on the shore of a Lake. She felt like a big girl in her own sleeping bag.
