For any law enforcement or security professionals who use an ear piece, these things are a must have! My original ear piece setup came with a “bud type” ear insert which was comfortable, but I wasn’t able to hear ambient sounds or voices through the ear bud which is an obvious safety issue. With these earmolds I can now hear as if I don’t have anything in my ear, yet still receive transmissions with clarity. These are very comfortable to wear and I hardly notice them in my ear. However, I wear mine for 12 hours at a time and for the first month of having them my ears were pretty sore until my ears got used to them. Really, it’s not different then when your hands develop callouses after a week or so of using a shovel or going to the gym. I recommend these to all of my guys who are interested in getting an earpiece setup. You won’t regret it.

For the price, I was concerned these wouldn’t outlast the similar ones I purchased for 14.95 at the local Uniform Shop. I was surprised to discover they fit better and more comfortably than the more expensive ones. I have only used them for about three weeks now and will post an update later on to see how long they will keep their form/shape/elasticity. So far though I have no complaints, love them.

These ear molds work so much better than the one that I had. The old one was working on being 3 years old… I was having to turn the radio all the way up, with the new one I barely turn the radio on and I can hear. Awesome.

Lifesavers on set! I work in television production and when we get assigned walkies, they come with the horrible white earpieces that you have to shove in your ears. They’re so bad. I don’t use the headsets as often as I should because the standard earpieces are horrible and make my ears hurt. Well THESE puppies are really great! they fit comfortably in my ear and can keep them in all day if I needed to. Not only can I hear production clear in my ear but, since this design allows for an open ear canal, I can also hear the people around me perfectly. As cheap as these are, I buy several pairs and keep them on had in case of anything. I’ve given a couple of pairs away to help spread the love.

As a Law Enforcement Officer, Good equipment is important to me. I’m always looking for good products that will make my job easier, and my life safer. I have used a lot of different brand and style ear pieces. I personally like this model as it fits in my ear comfortably, doesn’t cause irritation, and with proper maintenance will last for years to come. The price is reasonable considering most things in the realm of public safety are ridiculously over priced. I am happy to use Valley Enterprises product and will continue to in the future.
Good Replacement
Perfect replacement for the OEM ones received with my ear piece adapter. Over time, they do annoy my ear but it’s the best option, as I don’t like the actually plug because they annoy me even MORE over time, and also because I don’t like to block my hearing ability. These stay in place well and allow ambient sounds to enter the ear naturally, without blocking or hampering your hearing ability. I have fairly big ears I guess…the Medium fits fine. Wish you could get 2 lefts/rights. I understand the reason for the seller to offer only one option, but the Right ear piece goes to waste with me.
Wish I didn’t put off buying one for so long… It’s great!

I have avoided using the Earmold buds for about 5 years now. I mentally thought the insert that comes with surveillance was enough. I finally added these to an additional order and have been using it for over a week now.

Fit great and withstands daily use. I use these in extreme conditions about 5 days a week and get about a years worth out of them. They’re not perfect at the end of that year, but still functions fine until I replace them. Usually the thin section of the earpiece ends up cracking first, but for a few bucks, I wouldn’t mind having to replace them more often if necessary.
Not much to it!
Great replacement. I like it better than the clear small piece that comes with the coiled tube. After this purchase, someone brought it to my attention that my Surfire earplugs do the same thing as this product. If you don’t have Surfire earplugs, this works fine. If you already have the Surefire earplugs, you don’t need to buy this.
Ok feel
Works adequately with Maximal Power RHF 617-1N. I have no problems with hearing radio transmission. It contours to my ear just right. I have to push it into my ear now and then, guess I’m not used to it yet.
