I bought this towel for traveling, and for 3.1 oz including the pouch, this does a great job at soaking up all the water from your body. I wasn’t sure if 12×24 was going to be big enough, but I am a very light traveler, so I thought I’d risk it by getting the small one.

Purchased for 15yo son based on feedback for my question regarding if it would dry in a locker. He is on the high school aquatics team so he needs a towel for showering and also for drying off at meets. I may get him a second for his travel bag.

This towel just arrived so I will update my review after use. I got the 24″ x 48″ towel. It feels similar to a shammy, but much softer. The color is true to the picture on Amazon. The towel, although not super large fits comfortably around my body with no naughty bits exposed (I’m 5’5 & 120lbs). The material seems to be high quality and the zipper pouch has looks like it will last.

These were the third set of travel towels that I ordered and the only one that I kept. I like to bring these on trips for two reasons– to dry my hair, and also to roll sink-washed clothing in before stomping on them. Worked fine for my hair, and worked fine for laundry purposes as well. I returned the first two sets of towels because I did not like the rubbery texture and did not feel they were absorbent. These are good. Fast drying? Yes. Absorbent? Yes. I appreciate the hanging loops sewn in to them and also the individual storage bags–one for me, one for my husband.

not the same as a real towel. you gotta kinda pat your self to dry. much more absorbent thou. i use it on a navy ship where you cannot fully hang your towel to dry, so regular towels get smelly pretty quick. just hang this by its loop and itll by dry for next use. takes a long time to get smelly. great for places where you cannot hang a towel completely open to dry ALL day, like a ship, or camping. just wash it couple times and it gets softer, almost like a real towel.

Sunland makes the best microfiber towel, by far. I use microfiber towels for my hair, at the gym, and for military travel. I have towels from other brands (Outgo by McNett) and these are less expensive and better quality. They are thicker and hold their softness after many washes. The 30×60 size is perfect for a bathing, it’s just as wide but slightly longer than an average bath towel. I’m 5’5, 135lbs, there’s about 24 inches of overlap when I wrap it around me. I never fear flashing someone in the front or when I bend over, since it falls just below my knees. Since most other ‘large’ towels are 30×50, the 30×60 length is a generous size for most anyone.
